Yes my experience with Simone has always been top notch she is giving me that personal touch that I so deserve and also she is very knowledgeable on questions that I needed to know a very grateful to her service grateful to Toyota team. I moved to Calumet City on last year . I'm so grateful that I switch my Toyota service over to the Calumet City this is one greatest move I made this year.

I asked them to check out a popping sound when I dropped off my car for front brakes. I was told it was because I needed new brakes. I still hear the popping. I asked them to check out why my airbag cover was lifted. I got no response about that although I was told they would check it out. I received no feedback. Otherwise service was superb! Brandon and the cashier were awesome in customer service relations. The gentleman who gave me a ride from and to the dealership was awesome in his service. He was considerate of the type and volume of the music he was playing.

I came in because of a flat tire. I was told that the tire had a nail in it. I put air in the tire to drive it to Toyota. I was told the tire was plugged but the tire keep going below normal psi. Such as 24 or 25.The other tires read 36 to 39. zi was tod that is not the sensor and the tire was checked put and plugged. I am still having the problem.
