The service representative was excellent. Brandon Jones, is very professional. Brandon explained everything in detail to me. He was compassionate, thoughtful, & patient with the questions that I asked. I was very pleased with the service. All of the service representatives are always extremely helpful & professional.

There was poor communication from the technician and service advisory forcing me to purchase a new headlight lamp that will not operate in my 2010 Toyota Venza. I’ve emailed the service manager and waiting for a response to correct this issue.

I did a survey earlier regarding this visit. I later saw more attachments to the email sent which still didn’t show a completed multi point inspection sheet like the example shown in survey. It also said the following: INSPECTION AND TOP OFF FLUIDS; REPLACE CABIN AIR FILTER ON CAMRY, HIGHLANDER, AVALON AND TACOMA ONLY. I don’t understand why my cabin air filter was replaced if this is the case.
