Get a new service manager

I was called at work and told my car was ready. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told that he made a mistake and it wasn't ready, but would be in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited another hour. Unsatisfied and will not bring my vehicle to be serviced at heritage.
