Strather was attentive to my concerns and responsive/proactive in the service that was provided to an emergent fix that needed immediate action. And he was able to get it completed in ample, if not, surprisingly quick, amount of time, leaving this customer satisfied and persuaded that Toyota’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction is first and foremost. It was a fast and good experience
took way to long. the dealership did not have the two keys that I had asked for.wsited hours for the two keys that were suppose to be there at the appointment at 9:30 am. waited 5 hours

Waited 3-1/2 hours for basically oil change. Too long. Said I need air pressure sensor. Second opinion said no.
