Jim in service is great. Very professional and friendly.
Sarah was the most kind and patient service advisor many sure any of my question were answered and instilled confidence in a good time line of when to pick up the vehicle.
service was overbooked and took 3+ hours, my usual wait of 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
is reasonable. Had service scheduler indicated to me that they would be
so busy with longer wait times, I would have made other arrangements.
My service appt. was regular maintenance which could have been scheduled more conveniently for me and for you.
Jim was very good, was attentive and apologetic, explaining that they were
busier than usual and he offered a ride, refreshments, etc. Overscheduling was the problem, not your service staff.
Jim was very professional. The rest of the staff appeared to be that way too. I have always loved Toyota vehicles!

Scott was great as always. The service department was behind schedule but Scott let me know that as soon as I arrived and gave me an anticipated wait time. Communication goes a long way.
my son said the truck is running like new my only thing is the inspection sheet is not filled out I don't know why the service rep said it would be done?

Multiple complaints. Josh was the only saving grace in the end. We will not return for business, and we are lifelong Toyota/Lexus owners. I’ve never had such a poor experience with any other Toyota dealership in the country.
Only comment would be I saw your technician hit a pot hole as he was coming around the back in to the garage. Was not my vehicle but I certainly would have been upset if it was. That should be fix immediately to prevent damage to vehicles
Staff is always so friendly and she helped me purchase a package to save money. That was great!! But when I arrived I had a warning light on my dash due to a tire pressure issue…and it was still in when they brought my 4Runner back to me. I went in and asked about it…a tech was asked to check pressure on all my tires but that did not fix it. So now I still have a warning light on after just being there.

Kevin was great. Clear and professional explanations.
But he was at lunch, and it’s always so wierd when you pick up your car because nobody greets greets you if they are on the phone or talking with another customer or staff. It feels like somebody could say, “we’ll be right with you,” instead of just leaving you hanging. Especially if they are just talking to another staff member.
