Are a recently single woman at the age of 64, car issues cause me a pretty decent amount of anxiety. Kevin was very responsive from first contact, taking care of every need I had along the way. His diligence to finally find the problem, communication with my warranty company, constant communication with me, and care to make sure I had a loaner car so my daily life was not disrupted healed me rest easier throughout the process.
