Almost 3 hours for an oil change is too long
Service manager, when faced with a large backup of vehicles needing to be serviced, was helpful in completing the work so I could make an appt. that had been for a time that had been made almost 3 hrs later than when I arrived.

I do ???? not agree with the $175 diagnostic fee, I appreciate the attention to detail from my Service Advisor. He definitely listened to my concerns and understood my situation. In the end, I am pleased with how everything was handled, although I feel the price for the fix is somewhat excessive.
He was very helpful and kind. When I asked about a more private area to feed my 4 month old son because it was extremely crowded this morning he didn’t hesitate to help me. A truly lovely experience in the stress of taking care of my son while waiting for our services to be completed.
It was worth driving across town for better service.
He was a great advisor he didn’t make me feel pressured about getting the work done that was recommended right away
