My brakes squeak loud and constantly after getting my car serviced. Not sure what happened but not happy.
Randy was great. Explained everything well. Gave me an accurate estimate of how long it’d take. No complaints w/him.
However, the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working, and that was tragic. It’s always the highlight of my service visits.
Ashley was great! She was very understanding and helpful with my situation and went out of her way for getting me tire recommendations. Very nice to have her help.

I had an appointment for a 15k service and 2 recalls to be fixed. Even though my car was driving normally and I had no alignment issues before, an alignment was recommended. I approved the service and when I picked up my car and paid for the service, I questioned needing an alignment so soon on a new vehicle. The employee snarking replied that if I wanted to keep my tires, it was recommended every 12-15000 miles.
I am not actively seeking out potholes or big bumps. My vehicle now pulls to the right when it didn’t before.

Randy was terrific, his kindness for the second time was well worth his help. Charles, was the one I could not work with or him with myself! I had to walk up to Randy's desk for help.
Everything worked out fine, but I hope that the work that was said to have been done was actually done. I say that because when I got the car back, the tire inflation indicator was still on. I mentioned it to an associate and he properly inflated the tires before I left.
Charles was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and he took the time to answer my questions.
I am happy with everything but the 2 hour wait. I had an appointment at 4. Maybe if I had been warned that the service would take 2 hours, I would have been prepared for such a long wait. I’ll ask how long, next time I come in. But I love the friendly people and the coffee machine!!!!
Today I had my 10,000 mile service. I was told and it was documented that certain things were done to my car for example all levels checked and topped off. When I got home, I had to go to a mechanic in my hometown to address simple things that were not done like placing the caps back on the coolant and topping off windshield wiper fluid. But I was charged for and it was charted that it was done. My codes weren’t taken away either. I was so dissatisfied and dissatisfied because I travel from out of town for the service over an hour.
