Sarah is an exceptional employee at Toyota located in colorado springs. She has always gone above and beyond to get me scheduled in a timely manner and always keeps me informed in anything that is of concern as well as keeping me up to date on status of the vehicle. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about vehicles and has never been anything but polite. I have had a lot of work done on my truck over the past year at toyota and i always reach out directly to Sarah as my service manager.

Everything was great. Just a suggestion, it would be a nice touch to run customer cars through the wash rack after service work appointments.

Appt was at 10. At 11:30 I inquired if my vehicle was ready as I had an upcoming doctors appointment at 12:30. I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes. I told the service dept to bring my car around as I was leaving. I wasn’t about to miss my medical appointment. I did not receive an apology. At 11:39 I received a text from Toyota service dept that my car was ready..?! I won’t be back. I bought my Toyota at that dealership but will never go back. I called the GM and complained. He offered a free oil change and a loner car. Seriously? Turn a simple oil change into a “loner” car so I could make 2 trips to that dealership? I will NEVER go there again.
