Dropped my car off at 1130 for the appointment I made almost 3 weeks earlier. It was the earliest appointment that I could get. I didn’t receive my inspection report till 153 before I had time to even approve or deny anything on the vehicle I received a call 4mins later that it was ready to be picked up. I was confused at the report in general because I had stuff done to it at my prior oil change that was be recommended again (tune up) I was informed that the mechanic made the mistake not looking that over properly but I had had the recommendation to get the coolent exchange done which I was planning on doing during this appointment. But never even got the opportunity to approve that Maintenance request, I was informed that I could just make another appointment…I am fully aware that I drive an older vehicle but I bring it in to the dealership to get better quality of care and I unfortunately did not feel that way at all. It was overall a disappointing experience and for just an oil change taking 2 1/2 with an appointment is crazy long.
