My appointment for tire rotation was at 7:30, I came back at around 8:30 and it hadn’t been started yet. Took a lot longer than expected, maybe shouldn’t schedule so many at the same time.

JP did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and educated on what was going on with the car. Unfortunately the original service to be performed was not because of a computer glitch in the shop. They were also going to schedule me for my second key which had already been done and obviously not reported or recorded.

JP went way above the call of duty. He resolved a problem that had been festering with me since before the ownership change when I bought the RAV4. The issue was further exacerbated last year. JP fixed it, and I am soooo happy. Thank you, JP!

Ashley was great. Very customer service friendly. My only issue was, when I got into the car, my tire light was on. My husband put air in the tires and it went off.
