I have literally never felt so cared about as a customer and his effort to make me feel satisfied and provided for are top tier. I hope to always work with Scott and would drive two states over to have him work on my Toyota. He is a keeper and should help all staff by training them in his style of customer care and efficiency. My car was detailed, rhere where a couple of places that were not cleaned. The consel between the sears was not cleaned in the inside and the there were places that weren’t cleaned . The outside of the car were was cleaned and looked good. The service department was great
