Scott is always super helpful. One thing your staff needs to work on is greeting people when they walk into the service center. I walked in to drop my keys off and stood there for 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Seems like everyone likes to hide behind their computer screens. A simple hello we will be with you shortly would be nice.
