I waited two hours for my oil change - which I understand there is usually a wait even with a scheduled appt. Oil changes can be about 45mins give or take. When I went to inquire about my car due to the longer than normal wait, I was told “waiting happens and we get a lot of walk ins.” Then she realized my car has been done for who knows how long, as the paperwork was next to her. Then they had to find my car since it wasn’t in the garage line. I know things happen, and sometimes there’s extra wait - but not once did Lori communicate with me until I walked up to the desk. I even tried calling to ask and I was on hold for several minutes. The issue is not the wait, but the lack of genuine customer service. Please don’t call me, I plan to just make sure not to schedule with her in the future.
