My experience at the 25 E Motor Way Service Center was excellent. Sarah went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to answer any and all questions I had. She arranged Uber rides for me and was fully transparent about what services I needed and went over the work performed once my vehicle was ready. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Due to Sarah’s kindness and wonderful service, I will definitely be returning.
JP communicated very well and I was surprised at learning upon picking up my truck that there was no charge for the tire rotation and brake check. I sincerely appreciate the gesture!

Generally, speaking, it was awesome. The only criticism I have is that the oil change coupon might show the actual cost of the oil change service. Kevin was great. Also, I appreciated the free battery replacement for my key fob.
