I brought my vehicle in for a service (oil change and tire rotation). I arrived at 1:20. After sitting in the waiting room for about 30 minutes I looked out the window to see my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. After about another 20 minutes it was still sitting in the same spot. I waited another 30 minutes to find my vehicle still sitting in the same spot. In total my vehicle was parked in the parking lot for an hour and a half. Finally I had had enough of waiting to see my vehicle not even move. I returned to the service desk to get my keys and leave without getting my vehicle serviced. It's already hard enough to get an appointment scheduled but to wait that long only to have my vehicle sit in the parking lot is ridiculous.

Service was swift and courteous. I did ask about my mpg display and Ian said he would check it but I didn’t hear a report and it still seems off. I also didn’t remember to ask about it before I left
