The tech that helped me was great he went above and beyond to find some paperwork that got destroyed or misplaced. But all in all your service department in AWESOME.

I had to essentially beg my service advisor Ian Landi for updates on my vehicle, even still, he ignored me. He told me my vehicle would be completed the afternoon of Tuesday, September 17th. My vehicle was not completed until the afternoon of Friday, September 20th. My vehicle was dropped off at noon on Thursday, September 12th. Ian Landi was still at lunch, thus missing my intake appointment. He is a stain on your dealership’s reputation.
