No one serviced my car today because you didn't have the parts!!! Why did you schedule me then? Now I have to wait for you to call me to reschedule. If it wasn't for a recall I wouldn't go back. This is why I take my car somewhere else.

I had to essentially beg my service advisor Ian Landi for updates on my vehicle, even still, he ignored me. He told me my vehicle would be completed the afternoon of Tuesday, September 17th. My vehicle was not completed until the afternoon of Friday, September 20th. My vehicle was dropped off at noon on Thursday, September 12th. Ian Landi was still at lunch, thus missing my intake appointment. He is a stain on your dealership’s reputation.

I loved her. She was very friendly and helpful. She had the right answers for every question I asked and if she didn’t have the information I needed then she immediately went ahead and consulted an employee who would have that information and gave me the answer I was looking for.
