I got my new car windows tinted as per the sales manager’s promise to me for buying the car that weekend so, yes I was satisfied. However, I was also satisfied because Nicholas took time to listen to my concerns on the vehicles wireless phone charger and made arrangements to take care of it once they diagnosed it. :)
I asked for a quote on repair of my roof seal during my visit, but since the service advisor was talking excessively to other clients (unaware that I was waiting a long time at his desk), another advisor had to check me out and he never provided the quotes. I also requested that my air filters be changed and when I came to check out only an oil change was completed. we reviewed a checklist of items before my car went back, so I don’t understand where this got lost in translation. I was at the dealership for over three hours for an oil change and rotation when he promised a one hour wait time.
I was in the lobby for 4 and 1/2 hours between the mishaps of miscommunication from the service side to Nicholas. And then when I got home I forgot the keys to my house so I had to be driven back. The Lyft driver haggled with Nicholas for 15-20 minutes about being paid because he brought me back. And by that point my pain levels were really high and my blood sugar had dropped. He got me home as soon as possible by having an employee drive me home. And then the car was delivered to my house, which I asked for. To make everything right, he gave me the service and the parts all for free. Now that is excellent customer service.

There is NO other dealership that I trust more than the South Colorado Springs Toyota! ALL of the staff are knowledgeable and actually take the time and effort to really understand what it is that you are trying to get taken care of. (Not to mention- everyone has a great sense of humor!)
