Randy is great when I got home I noticed that the and tires weren't cleaned up very had a white greasy stuff on the side walls not huge deal seems to come off easy enough. So it would've been easy for your guys to the clean up

We were on the road between Denver and Santa Fe when the Tacoma blew the rear main seal. This happened a week after the clutch was replaced at Toyota of Santa Fe. I was suspicious the problem was related but Sarah coordinated w/ the SF dealership and they came through covering the cost. She went to quite a bit of effort and I deeply appreciated it.
He was great, but. i hwd to have a loaner car because they didn’t have the parts for a recall that I scheduled over a week ago. Plenty of time to get parts. Then I had to fill a tank to the full mark which I wouldn’t have done If I had my own car. Poor management.
Sarah did exactly what I asked her to do. She prioritize my maintenance needed and discussed it all with me. If she will have me I intend to stay with her for my maintenance.

She has worked with me and my vehicle on several large sometimes complicated issues that i was having with the truck. She is always very professional, prompt, and accommodating. I will continue to have her handle any and all service and maintenance issues with my vehicles in the future.
