I bought the car as a platinum certified pre owned vehicle from you 1 year ago. Being a certified pre-owned meant it carried a premium price. I was assured that when I brought it in for the first oil change there wouldn't be anything else to take care of. Instead I was presented with a list things that needed fixing including an alignment and replacing the rear brakes. Apparently the dealership was less than honest about the condition of the car when I bought it. I WON'T be coming back. As there was less than 8000 miles on it since I bought it, this is unacceptable.

A little timely but the job got done.
I had a 9:45 appointment. Upon arrival, it was suggested I come back another day for just a tire rotation because there were several cars ahead of me. I even got there 30 minutes early. What's the point of a reservation if you don't keep it?
