Mostly, I wanted to give 5 stars. This is why I didn’t. I was scheduled into the service department quickly with no appointment. (Excellent). However, when I detailed my requested services, I mentioned the TPMS light had been on… and the possibility of it being associated with the spare, since the 4 tires were essentially new from Costco. Yet, upon retrieving my vehicle… Presumably if all four tires were rotated (as documented) if any one of those had a TPMS issue, it would have been mentioned.
I was in for a simple recall, was told it would be 1 hour. I had an appointment and was actually 20 minutes early. This procedure took almost 2 hours, as I was given a courtesy vehicle overview. This was fine but I had several other appointments and errands to run. I should have been given the option to deny this service so I could have kept my tight schedule intact.

I feel like you guys are over charging and the guys didn’t want to rotate my tires with out getting new tires which is ridiculous cause my tires pass the pennie test
Sarah is very good at listening and getting the tasks at hand correct. FYI.. I have been going to Toyota at Colorado Springs for 25 years. Originally owned by Mr Miller. Dan Moran has always been great with my family and was very sad that he left. But he returned and I am aware he is back at Service Manager. When Dan left, I started going to the north Colorado Springs location. They took care of me very well but your location is way closer. Although I do not care to go to the shop, it is good to know that I will be taken care of.
He was very nice and efficient! I’ll be bringing my car back here for service!
