There was no information provided on the vehicle and No walk through, by the sales rep, explaining vehicle features and uses. No explanation on registration and dmv processes, "only could take time for dmv to see the New purchase". Sales guy didn't even walk me to the car. Terrible service and salesmanship. The girl who greeted was nice and helpful but after dealing with Jeff I was highly disappointed.

When making my appointment your questionnaire asks what I was needing. I said 20k maintenance and the recall on the fuel line. Noone said that the gas tank should bea quarter full at the most. So a wasted trip and time.

Personnel were professional and cordial. I have a PTSD service dog and they staff was wonderful to us...they even had treats for my Maxwell. I am not very tech literate but the instructions were easy to follow. I am also not a social person but the staff were easy to work with and I think they knew I don't like eye contact. They were respectful and awesome. I lost my train of thought but thank you. Rachel G

My name is Ruben, and I have bought 2 new Toyota pickups. They're at this dealer recently I had. My pickup there to get worked on and somebody. There dropped the ball and instead of being 1 hour or 2, it took a day and a 1/2 to get it done. So in return, I was not charged to get the pickup fixed. That's why I keep buying my vehicle's at this place. Because they are honest people, thank you so much.

Brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, when I left my engine light came on about 15 minutes later. Brought it back and they said an air intake line was loose. as I was leaving for the second time my hood was not closed.
