The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. I understand the volume but was a little disappointed in how long it took to service my vehicle. I made an appointment to drop off in the morning and had to call to get a status 6.5 hours later.
FAshley was friendly and got my vehicle ib ahead of my scheduled time. She was great.

Nick was extremely helpful during the few weeks with the subaru transmission replacement, and offered updates and help throughout. even though the replacement took longer than expected due to warranty issues the service i recieved was extremely good quality, thanks again

There was a lack of communication between the appointment scheduler (Allison)and the service writer. I specifically stated that I was bringing in a state fleet vehicle when I scheduled the appointment. The services were not preauthorized or planned, so I waited there literally all day from 7:15 A.M. basically until 3.45 P.M. (I did tap out at 2:15 to finally eat my first meal of the day though). I will never get that time back and I was on vacation to boot. Sarah was pretty good and cordial. You also seemed to have a pretty heavy appointment load, which I appreciate. And I’m pleased that the maintenance is up to date now. I was also minutes late for my appointment due to the heavier snow on the north side of town, so I was thankful Sarah showed me some grace. Yes, I agreed to get the additional services that fleet recommended at about 10:30 A.M., but I wish I was given an estimated timeframe. I could have left earlier and gotten more things done in the extra 5+ hours it took for the work to be done instead of sitting there fuming. A few other customers were saying how long they had been there. They looked at me in shock when I told them I was there since 7:15. I rate the entire experience a C-. Thanks for the opportunity to share my feedback. I hope it helps improve customer service. That is our main purpose, isn’t it?
