A month ago, I came in for a simple tire rotation and balance. It wasn’t done correctly, so I started to have excessive shaking at around 60 mph. I was told “come in at my own convenience”. From another Toyota employee. I’m glad I didn’t because due to my job and schedule, I can only come in during busy days. After rescheduling a handful of times. As time went on, I called back. I was treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about… I finally got in yesterday, and no surprise, my front tires were completely unbalanced. I don’t understand how that could happen. QC would have noticed and figured it out. Lots of time and energy were wasted, and potential damage to my tires. On top of it all, one of my tire valve stem caps is missing from the first time and swapped with a different one.

I was satisfied with my recall issue, but I was told I need a new water pump because there is coolant spraying all over my car and in the pump. $700+ later… I wish you all didn’t charge so much for services. I’m a single mom and can’t come close to affording that. It’s really too bad you overcharge.

I brought in my Tundra to fix both license plate lights not working. I had to leave to take my wife to the hospital and didn’t get a chance to check the work was actually completed. As I was driving my wife home from the hospital, I received a warning from State Patrol that my license plate lights did not in fact work. I have taken my truck in to your shop several times and had always had issues. I take it there with the thought that the technicians are Toyota experts. That does not seem to be the case. I am very disappointed.
