the Intake person got mileage and gas tank info incorrect… the result is that the sticker on my windshield is telling me to come in for my next service thousands of miles before my current odo reading… AND he also lied to me and (1). told me it was a computer error and (2.)Told me as I left, that the information was corrected. I trust that the oil was changed & the tires rotated and other services as listed were provided, but the young man’s attitude left me wondering.

Service advisor went to wrong customer and got their approval of work but it was for my truck. I only knew because I had received the report over text (I heard the other customer say they didn't get it yet) and the work (alignment) sounded similar. I went and talked to the service advisor and he realized he talked to the wrong person. What if this was thousands of dollars in service and someone else gave the verbal go ahead to perform the service!?

What kinda of service operation repairs a vehicle for an agreed set of components and subsystem service, finds a Class 1 transaxle leak without notifying the customer, reassembles everything, and then sends a message "your car is ready for pick up"?
