I just wanted to say that sarah and her team did a phenomenal job on my truck considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Communication between sarah and i was great. She always made herself available for me and kept me in the loop as work progressed. I look forward to doing business with Sarah at Toyota in the future.

This was first service appointment for my new car- 5000 mile tire rotation. I made the appointment online. Every person in the service dept that I had contact with was friendly, professional! I waited for my vehicle and likely was contacted around 30 minutes after arriving that my car was ready. Thank you to Jim and his crew!!

Typically - I’ve had very good service from Scott. However, he was on vacation this week. Today was an exception. Very poor communication by Sarah, and too long a wait for the service. Very disappointed. Too many issues to list here.
