You guys installed my gears in my rear diff 30k miles ago before the whole 3rd member blew up. I towed the car down there after being told you guys would diagnose it. After paying for the tow down there I get a call 3 days later saying you wouldn’t even look at it as the guy that used to do gearing had left. Why wouldn’t you just have told me that before paying for a tow down there/paying for another tow to the diff shop? Bad communication and no accountability

The cover under the dash was lose and when I tried to adjust it, it came completely off. I have tried to replace it, but so far have been unable to. Since I live over 50 miles from the dealership, I can't just "drop by" to have someone install it properly. Other than that, it was a good experience and Randy Lee is a wonderful service advisor.

My AirPods disappeared from my car during the service. There location still shows 15 E. Motor Way as their location.
I filed a report with the Colorado SpringsPolice department. Dan, the service manager is still attempting to track them down.
