I think the vehicle was kept too long and I had to beg to get my vehicle detailed after the job. Communication was okay and the courtesy vehicle was the best thing, so that I could go on with my life. Thanks

Sarah is exceptional as a service advisor. I watched her Handel several interactions with customers while I was waiting for my Grand Highlander to get an oil change. Customers seemed to gravitate toward her as she is approachable and genuinely helpful. Auto dealerships need more people like Sarah!

Ashley is SUPER. She asks questions about what you need done to your car and if you are having any other problems that they can resolve. After your visit is over she explains what they have done and if necessary makes suggestions. Great job
