While the 30K service was fine, I was presented with a list of services totaling over 1300 that was not part of Toyota’s recommended 30k service inspection. I will research when/at what mileage these extra services are necessary.
Amazing staff, care and kindness.
I was very surprised that none of the service members took initiative to greet me at my car when I arrived. I was also hoping for a more extensive report about my vehicle because I plan to get another electric battery since that was mentioned in a previous report; but it wasn’t mentioned in this one.
I had an odd request to help calibrate some sensors on my truck and she went out of her way to make sure it got taken care of. Super helpful and the kind of service that will have me coming back.
Amanda was great! She was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for things I may want for the car. At the time, I didn't go with those options only because I know my car has got a milestone where I would need other work done. She was very good about communicating and making sure I knew where my car was every step of the way.

My only complaint is that when I purchased my Tacoma I got a 5 year oil change deal. The last 2 times I’ve taken my truck in they want to charge me for it. I explain that it’s covered and they say ok I will check in it. I don’t understand why it’s not in the computer.
