The service rep did a good job but the rest of my experience has been terrible. I had to call twice and was sent to four different people to get my key replacement scheduled. I was then told upon arrival my purchase of key assist was not in the system and I would have to wait 2 hours. It took many back and forth conversations to get agreement that my contract for key assist would apply. It is clearly in my contract. I have bought three cars here and my trust in this location is very low. I also bought a maintenance package and hope it goes much better.

I waited almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and a diagnostic for my computer screen, which I was having issues with it going blank. No one came out to apologize for the wait or to let me know how much longer it would be. I had to keep checking in. I did have an appointment. I had a 9:30am appt, I got there 10 minutes early and did not leave until 12:07pm.

Jim was great- super friendly and helpful and got my service completed in less than an hour (I was expecting an hour and 15 minutes). When we were finishing up I had some questions about my Toyota Care service package and he looked up my plan on the computer, answered my questions and offered to sell me a new plan as mine was about to expire. Thank you for the great experience! I will absolutely return to this dealership when it’s time for my next scheduled service!

I have a major complaint with your Service Mngr Sarah M. and Eli the Tech. I brought my 23 Tacoma Pro in for a 30K service. After some deliberation I decided to buy some Toyo Tires Open Country III AT tires. Sarah ordered them and I took a ride home. I arrived at Toyota around 1545 and was informed by Sarah my vehicle was ready to go. As I did a walk around my vehicle I noticed that I still had Goodyear Kevlar tires on my truck and NOT my Toyo's. I walked back to Sarah's desk and informed her I had wrong tires on my truck. She didn't believe me so she walked out to truck to verify. Upon her return I was told she would replace tires with ones I ordered w/o doing an alignment. I said NO, you will do another alignment as they are totally different tires. She agreed. Needless to say I didn't get truck back until 1800. I'm very disappointed in the service I received or DIDN'T receive in a timely manner. I've owned Toyota's since 1978 and love the brand, but your Service dept. needs some training going forward. I've never received since bad service from a Toyota dealership. Losing a customer may to matter to you, but my belief in your service dept. lends me to find another dealer that cares about their customers and attention to details. I did tell Sarah I would like to talk to someone in charge but that never happened. Have a nice day. Thank you, Terry F
