I was fairly frustrated that I spent an unknown amount of time waiting for my vehicle to be ready only to be told that Kevin was waiting for me after virtually sending the inspection report, which every other time I have received an oil change at this dealership my advisor has come to where I had been seated inside the dealership waiting. I am also frustrated that there were nearly $3,000 of recommend service items that were not explained in terms of what they were, or urgency. I consistently get my vehicle serviced at this Toyota dealership as I had a great deal of trust that I was being informed honestly about my vehicles maintenance needs. I will need to consider if that is the case at this time.

The whole service was around 5 hrs which was much longer than usual, although Sarah informed of us only 1 alignment specialist.
Also we noted, there was a spill stain inside/outside of drivers window that was not there prior to the appointment.

I didn't receive the opportunity for someone to share the findings with me before I decided to find someone to talk over findings of my vehicle before everything was to include paperwork was completed. I waited until I finally decided to find someone at shop, but Kevin met me before I reached the checkout counter & he apologized for the wait.

He was so helpful looking back over the service history and recommending what we should focus on for today’s appointment. He went over and above in his efforts to help.
