The Service Representative did his job but your mechanic left my oil cylinder opened in my car and I have oil spilled all over my engine. If I have driven this car for more than an hour it would have exploded. I am bringing it back in the morning and demanding a repair and refund. This is unacceptable

It just took to long. I was there on time and my car wasn't taken back until 20 minutes after I got there. There were workers in the back just standing around so I didn't understand what the hold up was. I was in my lunch break which was an hour and I was there hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. Then you tried to sake me some filters for $234.00. Filters don't cost that much. $14.98 and $12.99. Ridiculous
