The tire pressure light came on after my daughter left your dealership and it has never been on. So she will be bringing it back over there to have it checked

When I picked up my car it had greasy hand prints on the outside of the car and several places inside the car. No floor mats were used and they either used no gloves or dirty gloves. Very dissatisfied with the service I received.

Andrew was waiting on me when I arrived. Took very little time to get the paperwork done. Mechanic took care and before you know it, Andrew came and got me. My car was done in less than an hour. Andrew went over the paperwork and I was gone.

The oil change was good. The problem was that when I made the appointment I specifically said do not rotate my tires because they were brand new and did not need to be rotated. They said my car was finished I went and I looked at the paperwork and it said that my tires were rotated. They said that they were rotated at customer request I said no sir I specifically said when I made the appointment that I did not want my tires rotated. His words were it okay it won’t hurt anything. I said the point is that I said not to sit and he insisted that it okay it won’t hurt anything. Now on my way home the tire pressure notification went off saying low pressure.. so I called and who ever answered the phone said bring it back and I will in rotate the tires and reset the pressure gage.. I said this is why I asked not to have my tires rotated . He didn’t want to hear it he just again said to bring it back. I live 20 miles away and I didn’t want to have to drive back so I check pressure myself and reset the calibration. As they should have when rotating tires.. Point is don’t do work on my car unless I give you permission to do so!

I’ve always had good customer experience at Asheboro Honda. This time due to me coming in late in the evening you where not able to perform an oil change but you quickly took my vehicle and performed an inspected. I changed the oil myself and I will continue coming to Asheboro Honda for all the maintenance needs on my Honda vehicles. I’ve had good and bad experience at Ford and terrible customer service at Tesla, so honestly Asheboro Honda you are doing great.
Ramiro was professional courteous and quick to get me finished with my car. He told me how long the wait would be and was so courteous and polite. My experience was fantastic. Could not have been better.
Mr. Guzman was extremely friendly as always. He is a great example of what customer service should be.
