The answer to my satisfaction question was not in reference to Ramiro it was to ****. He went above and beyond to correct an issue we had. Ramiro failed to communicate to the team that my car had been towed to the shop and it sat in the parking lot waiting for hours before anyone was able to fix it. **** quickly intervened and had my car serviced and fixed within a couple hours
The driver side floor map was full of some greasy residue. They supposedly topped off my fluids, but didn't not. My coolant resoiur was empty. I called and they said it is supposed to be empty, the owners manual says differently.
