1030 Appointment and the vehicle didn't go back until 11:15 after I went to check on it and found it still in the receiving area. Then I was informed that my vehicle needed an alignment. When I asked for the measurements that supported this I was told that "they see it all the time between 8k and 12k miles and it was just recommended". How many people are being taken by that one? I drove 35 miles to get a great deal back in the summer and was pleased with the purchase. I can't say that I had that same experience today. I am sorry that this had to be said but will refrain from making a Google spectacle out of it.

I have the extended warranty and I requested that I needed the vehicle washed when they said the vehicle was as ready I noticed that it was wet but not washed I complained then I left to go I went down the road turned around and went and complained to the manager they took it back to be washed and two minutes later they said it was done it was worse. I have been buying Hondas from Asheboro Honda for over 25 years and I m very disappointed in the recent service
