The experience overall was very good as always I’ve been a customer of Honda for over 10 years. I have always brought my vehicle to a Honda dealership. I am a little disappointed because a check out. I was told that the tire rotation would be free and complementary but looking at my bill, it was not I was charged $24.95, kind regards, Monika C
