Lisette didn't come out to my car and didn't "inspect" it. None of your service writers ever make any effort to extend themselves by coming to the car or making any effort to make the customer feel that they are valued. Compared to EVERY other Honda dealership I've visited, the Asheboro store is not as clean and not as professional.
