Very friendly and did things in a timely manner.
Jesse was amazing, very kind and courteous. Explained everything prior and gave me a heads up on cost so I wouldn’t be shocked. He also came to my location when my battery died and jumped it off so I could get to my appointment for a new one.
I never received a copy of the multi point inspection.This is the second occurrence in a row that I have not received it without having to ask for it. Please send it to me. Everything else was ok.

My service report was a little confusing. When I looked at the recommended services the wording of the report made it seem like the recommended items were already performed. It just seemed odd to me.
