Made the appointment a week earlier for a Ridgeline recall. When I checked out I was informed the part for the recall hadn’t been ordered and I would have to come back after they received the part. Totally unacceptable and a trend of Honda’s poor support for recalls.

Jesse went above and beyond in customer service when I called after the caution emissions light came on while I was driving. When I called Jesse told me to go and they would check it out to determine the problem. When I arrived he immediately took my car to be checked out. Later he advised me of the problem but also advised he had the parts and could have it fixed in about an hour or so which he did. Jesse is a great asset to Honda in Asheboro NC!!
