Friendly, professional, reasonable time to do what I was there for.
My vehicle was scheduled at 9:30 i arrived at 8:30 they forgot about my car . I went and checked to see if it was done at 11 and it was still sitting in the line they took all the vehicles behind it. They took another vehicle in the shop and not my vehicle bc I was told it only took 45 minutes for the recall to be completed. So I had to wait for them to take it and fix it after I ask about my car. I can’t believe the bad service I received today with my visit . I’ll be finding another dearlership to take my car to. I purchased the car last year in May brand new but your service department needs work!!!
