She was patience due to an issue I had with the credit card sunbit. I was going to pay with that card and it was denied so when I call they told me that because I didn't use it by 12/30/25 They close the account but I never had a card that tells you when you have to use it. I was very disappointed. All these time lissette understood and told me not to worry and felt bad for what they did

Only complaint was that the guy who parked my car didn't straighten the wheel. obviously not a huge issue but it would be a nice courtesy to not have to guess where I'm gonna go.
