This is the third time I have taken my wife’s 2012 Honda Civic in for a simple oil change. 1.The first time the tech didn’t put in the oil pan plug properly. We discovered the oil leak on our garage floor and took the car back to fix the problem. 2. We were told the plug was improperly installed and it was reinstalled correctly. The oil was topped off. 3. After only about 4,000 miles our Honda delivered a maintenance warning that our oil was at 15%. It turns out that on the second time the oil maintenance alert was not reset. So we had our oil changed early. Your quality control is lacking.

I’ve already spoken to Zack about the issues I had today in the service department. This is the second time I have had a “not so great” experience while getting my car serviced. Customer service and organization with follow thru are very important for a business. When a business doesn’t have these qualities, it looses credibility and good customers quickly. It directly impacts the customer negatively. Hopefully this issue was discussed with the employee and was addressed. I was hoping the first incident was handled previously, but after today I am not sure that it was. I want to continue to use Asheboro Honda for my service needs, but if other issues arise I may take my business elsewhere. I have already talked to the previous and current manager on separate occasions, my next option is to talk to Chris Lackey directly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter - Brandy W
