This is the second time my car had to be towed to Asheboro Honda. The first time they put in a new Honda battery. This time they said it was a bad battery so they put in another new one. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again or I’ll be concerned that there might be a short somewhere. Lissett assured me they tested everything and all but the battery was good. Services was excellent.
Ramiro, was friendly, informative, at very timely with her communication.
My experience with Lissette was above and beyond. She went out of her way to make my simple oil change experience a great one. I showed her that my key fob was broken and by the time my car was ready to go , she had replaced it with a spare one! She gives great customer service and I hope Asheboro Honda appreciates this outstanding employee. She took the initiative to help me, Thank you for a great experience Lissette!

I have been fortunate enough to work with some pretty amazing people as far as the care of my car is concerned always letting me know what is going on when it’s ready .
