They left my window open after my oil change and then tried to sell me a 4 wheel alignment that I didn’t need, it’s a brand new car with only 7k miles on it.
I asked about the bungee strap that is attached and was told that it was from where they changed the oil last time. The strap is still hooked onto my car and I was not notified about why.
