I called June 30th to book an appointment to get my oil changed when I showed up at my scheduled appointment they couldn’t find my appointment, they did fit me in but acted hesitant on doing it. The time before I came in to get my oil changed on April 1st this year they didn’t tighten the plug and my car lost all its oil and had to be towed. Then after they tried making it right they left a loose bolt in the oil pan that continually rolled and rattled until my husband had to get under the car and remove it. Please ask your staff to be more diligent on tightening and checking in behind their work. I’ve had my car less than 6 months
