I called the service department 3 separate times to schedule service and nobody answered. I left a message and my number and no one returned my call. I finally called the private cellphone of the salesman that sold me the car . The service department the called me within 5 minutes. Also, the car wash is a joke compared to other dealers and the staff are friendly but seem un- engaged .
