I wish they wojld have let me know the car need an alignment instead of letting me find out thru a message. I could have gotten it taken care of as well. They told me the car was in taken care of but it still needed something so I feel it would have been nice to have been told this when we were talking is all..Everything else was great.

I was in the waiting area for a hour and a half, was never told my car was ready, and when I went to check with someone I saw my car just sitting out front, ready to go. I just wished I would have been told to check in or if someone would have told me it was done. Other than that everything was good!!

Jesse is a ROCK STAR!! Always goes above and beyond. Great advisor. I wouldn't have been a customer for 25 years if I got a sales pitch for more service. What I get is a professional who is helping me put 500K on my vehicle....but helping me navigate my service.
