I always feel heard and well treated at Baxter. As a woman car people usually talk down to you and scare you with additional repairs. Baxter is polite, clear, and direct with their communication and services.

I was told the appointment would take about an hour when I brought in the car and was completed within that timeframe. I was kept informed as to the progress on my car and the results explained to my satisfaction. The sitting area is comfortable and the drinks and snacks a bonus.

They cheking my pruis 2007 3 more times they took all the money from me and i just drove my car 5min to pine lake road 7040S 22ND street and the check engine and maintenance required turns on again and today i came to dealer they said you have to change sensor temperature and i already paid the previous problems
