Erin was fine to work with. Seems like the issue is more at the management or corporate level. The vehicle is not that much past the 25k mark and yet the 25k toyota service wasn’t honored because it was “expired.” When asked if an exception could be made, we were told the boss said no and to call corporate to ask. Once again, we have felt like we as customers don’t matter at Baxter Toyota. This is why we’ve actually started taking our other vehicles to a different dealership for service. Just thought we’d go here today since the truck was around that 25k service coverage. But instead we ended up paying for it. Very disappointing.

I remember Brea & Ty. From previous maintenance visits past 8yrs. I felt either would take the issue, and find the quickest solution , then make sure it happened . Today was unusual . I needed help so I could attend my sister’s Funeral.

I appreciate the communication about needs and repairs and timing. I really like the flexibility of being able to wait there, get a ride, or even take a loaner for longer service needs. Brae went above and beyond to keep me posted on timing and make sure I had a car for school pick up.

6 months ago got quoted the same timing cover reseal for a little over 1000 now it's 3500? Not sure how it changes that much. N i can send a picture of the first quote

Thanks so much. We were in a real crisis today and Mike came through in a big way. I’ve been a caretaker and needed to get an issue figured out fast for that and running around with 3 kids to appointments and activities and today was a big emergency. I appreciate it so much that we were able to be taken care of.
