Everything was fine but it would have been nice to know, ahead of time, that there was a recall for an update that took extra time. We wouldn’t have waited but dropped the vehicle off. It was our choice to do the recall but again we didn’t want to make an extra trip so we decided to do the oil change and recall all at once.

The only glitch I encountered with the quick and efficient service is that I did not receive any text updates, etc. during my visit. I was on my way home about 5 minutes after leaving the dealership and received several of the texts I believe were intended to be sent and received while the maintenance was in progress. This happens every time I’m there for maintenance.

Erin was very friendly as well as professional. I appreciated how thorough the service was, including a car wash!! Waiting for the service to be completed, Baxter Toyota makes sure the customer is comfortable—beverages and snacks, etc.

The service that was expected was a tire rotation. With my regular maintenance and oil change, it was logged that the tires were rotated, but they actually were not. I was not happy with the service due to this now I have to go back and have them done.

Though there was a glitch, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Our thanks to Mr. Sowders and the shop foreman, who rode with us and decided that the car needed another look.

Ty was great. Scheduling needs to be more accurately set up. Regular maintenance that really only takes 20-30 minutes should not take 2 hours. If techs are running behind that should be communicated with customers up front and the option to reschedule given should customer plan on waiting and needing to stay on a schedule.
